I'd like to make your shipping as easy and cost efficient as possible.  I package all my art securely so they arrive safely and undamaged at your door. If this does not happen, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will work it out. 

 
 

SHIPPING OR PICK UP

All shipping costs are based on weight and size and shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Costs will be calculated at time of purchase. If shipping is unavailable to your location, please get in touch before purchase and we will try to accommodate your shipping request.

Local pick up is available in Lakeshore or Windsor, Ontario. Please get in touch after purchase for pickup options.

 

PACKAGING

I ensure all my artwork is wrapped, packaged, and shipped with care.

  • Shipped flat (canvas remains stretched on frame)

  • Wrapped to protect against moisture and damage

  • Shipped in a sturdy cardboard box or envelope depending on type of work

TIMING

All artwork will be shipped within a week of purchase.

Shipping time varies depending on your location and shipping company policies.

You will receive an email as soon as your package has been shipped with your tracking number so you can follow your art on it's journey to you.

ARRIVAL

Congrats on your new artwork - it’s a beautiful piece you’ve just added to your collection. I hope you are as thrilled with it as I was making it for you.

I know something drew you to this piece just as something drew me to painting it. We’re connected now you and I! I’d love to see my work in it’s new home so if you have a moment, send me an email and show me how gorgeous it looks in your space and how excited you are about it - nothing would make me happier!

REFUND POLICY

 

Paintings and Prints

If you are unsatisfied with your painting, then I will offer a full refund within 7 days of your package arriving at your door. You will be required to ship the painting back in its original packaging at your own cost.

Damaged Artwork

If your painting arrives damaged, I apologize! I try to ensure all my artwork is securely packaged to prevent this from happening but as we know, problems can arise. If it does, then please get in touch as soon as possible as this is something that I will need to speak with the shipping agency about immediately.

 

Commission Paintings

Because of the customized nature of commissioned paintings, I only offer full refunds if the painting arrives to you damaged. However, I have a unique way for you to commission a painting that will ensure you are pleased with the results. 

I require a 50% deposit at the time of request. This deposit is non refundable. 

After the painting is complete, you will be able to take a look (either through photos, or in person if you're in the area) before making your final purchase.

  1. If you are happy with the piece, then you will pay the balance (and shipping if required) and the painting is yours! 

  2. If you are unhappy with the piece then I will offer some changes but should you decide you do not want to proceed with the completed piece, then there is no need to pay the remaining balance and I will be free to sell the piece at my own discretion. The 50% deposit, however, remains non refundable.

Art Classes

If you sign up for an art class, you can request a full refund up to two weeks before the start of class. You will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee

If you request a refund after the two week mark, then you will be able to get a partial refund of 50% only. 

There is no refund after classes have started.

Art Parties

A $100 deposit is required when you book your art party. This deposit is refundable up to four weeks prior to the party minus a $20 processing fee. After this time there is no refund on the deposit as the materials will have already been ordered.
