I’m so excited to get started working with you! Please take a few minutes and consider your answers to the questions below. I will be basing my design off of your answers below as well as anything we discuss in our consultation.
Not all questions may apply to you and your space; in that case please just skip the question or put n/a.

This is an approximate budget and helps me understand in what price range I should source furniture to be realistic for your budget

What is your space used for?

Ex. a family room might be for watchign tv, reading, working, family gatherings, eating, game nights, etc.

Is this room directly connected with another room?

Ex. the family room might be directly open to the kitchen

Describe your personal style as best you can

Ex. country, modern, traditional. It's ok if you don't know the exact "lingo" just whatever words might come to mind

What colours do you love and what colours would you steer clear from?

Do you require custom built-ins (millwork) or are you open to it?

Are built-ins an option or only moveable pieces (ex. in the case of a rental)

Are you a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kind of person?

If you would like to do some of the work yourself in order to save money, please describe your "DIY" capabilities (for example, make pillows, paint furniture, artwork, etc.)

Are there any furniture pieces that you would like to keep in the space?

Please describe any special requirements for this pieces (remain as is or can be painted?)
